Always on-time and pick up and drop off easy, they will make stops for food/drinks at there go to places during your trip. We often stay just past Quepos near Manual Antonio national park. The private shuttle is all yours, sometimes it's just me other times we have taken a party of 6.

The customer service is fantastic and they have great communication. They never left us hanging. We were super delayed getting out and the shuttle waited hours for us, assuring us the whole time PURA VIDA -- do not worry. They are very comfortable and have wifi on board which is a nice touch.
